Black Rock Eco Kayak & Snorkel Adventure

Experience a spectacular offshore perspective of the West Maui Mountains and views of neighboring islands Lanai and Molokai while you learn about Hawaii’s rich history and culture.

 

Tours begin with a brief land lesson where you learn safety and paddling techniques. Guides will escort you to the water and begin paddling toward Black Rock, where you enjoy 30 minutes of prime snorkeling. This iconic location is famous for its 60-foot sea cliffs visible only from the ocean. There, knowledgeable guides share ancient Hawaiian history and local folklore as well as information on marine wildlife in the area.

 

Inclusions

Certified guides, kayaks (2 seats), life vest, snorkel equipment, towel and transfers

 

Attire

Comfortable clothing/swimsuit, shoes, sunglasses, mineral sunscreen, camera, hat, sun block.

 

Notes
  • Minimum age: 8 years old and older.
  • Maximum combined weight per kayak: 425 pounds.
  • The total distance paddled at the end of the tour is a comfortable 1.4 miles.
  • All guests must possess more than basic swim level, and be comfortable in the ocean to join a group lesson.

Honolua Ridgeline Walk: A Conservation Experience

Immerse yourself in an exclusive tour of one of the most-secluded and sacred places in Hawaii. Pu‘u Kukui Watershed Preserve is a private nature reserve that protects more than 9,000 acres of pristine rainforest. It is home to many rare and endangered plants and animals, as well as a vital source of fresh water for the island.

 

Inclusions

Guides, 1.5-mile walk, and transfers. Drinking water is provided but not in a bottle, so please bring your own bottle.

 

Attire

Comfortable outdoor clothes are recommended. Since the weather is unpredictable in the mountains, bring an extra layer, sun protection, mineral sunscreen, water bottle, and a hat. Long pants are recommended, but not mandatory. Sneakers or hiking boots (no sandals or flip flops) will suffice as it can get muddy and slippery on the trail. Close-toed shoes are a must.

 

Notes
  • Participants must be able to handle a moderate 1.5-mile round trip walk in potentially slippery conditions. This walk is an easy-level walking educational experience, with some moderate/uneven terrain.
  • Families with children under the age of 5 must be able to handle the journey. Please do not plan on carrying your children unless you have a proper carrying backpack. Children under the age of 8 require a car seat/booster seat.
  • Bathrooms: There are flush toilets at the base-yard and there is a compost toilet at the trailhead.

Iao Valley and Maui Ocean Center Excursion

Explore Maui both above the ocean at the Iao and below Valley at the Maui Ocean Center. First, visit the lush landscape of Iao Valley and the scenic lookout at the Iao Needle. Historically, the Valley was where King Kamehameha conquered the forces of Maui in the Battle of Kepaniwai. Experience the valley’s serenity through the fragrance of fresh island flowers.

 

Your next stop takes you on a journey beneath the sea at the Maui Ocean Center. It is the only aquarium in the world devoted solely to Hawaii’s unique marine environment. The live exhibits and interactive activities make this a trip to remember. Explore the creatures at the Living Reef, Turtle Lagoon, and Hammerhead Harbor.

 

Inclusions

Narrated roundtrip transportation, admission into Iao Valley (30 minutes), admission to Maui Ocean Center (90 minutes), entry ticket for the NEW 3D sphere theater.

Teralani Premier Snorkel Adventure Sail

Come aboard the Teralani for a premium snorkel adventure. Snorkelers will receive a safety lesson on board, then will be invited to jump in for a once-in-a-lifetime snorkeling experience. Your snorkel sights may include Honolua Bay or Honokohau Bay in Maui. You may even search for the famous spinner dolphins that inhabit this part of Hawaii. Alcoholic beverages will be available after snorkeling.

 

Inclusions

Snorkelers will receive a safety lesson on board. All snorkel equipment and life vest provided. Continental breakfast with juice and coffee, alcoholic beverages. Towels will be provided.

 

Attire

Swimsuit with cover up, hat, sunglasses, and mineral sunscreen.

 

Notes
  • Please keep electronics like cameras and cell phones in a waterproof bag.

  • A valid picture ID is required to consume alcoholic beverages. Must be 21 years and older.

Experience 18 holes of golf with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the West Maui Mountains. The courses feature strategic shots, lush fairways, challenging holes, and stunning scenery.

Swedish is light to medium pressure designed to reduce tension and promote relaxation. Himalayan Salt Stones are very similar to traditional Hot Stones, but the heated stones are made from pure Himalayan Salt. Lomi Lomi therapists use long rhythmical strokes using a combination of forearms, elbows, and hands. Focusing on seamless strokes that glide from one part of the body to another. Deep Tissue uses a combination of deep and light modalities to loosen muscle knots and prevent lactic acid buildup.

 

Facial (50 minutes)

Two Group Options

Maui Off-Road UTV Adventure

Group 1: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Group 2: 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Get ready for the ride of your life on an epic off-road adventure that will take you to places you have never seen before, driving a Canam sport max 1000, one of the coolest and most powerful off-road vehicles in the world. This beast can handle any terrain. The guides are experts on off-roading, and they will show you the best places to enjoy the stunning views and the thrilling rides.

This tour is not just about having fun. It’s also about learning and appreciating the natural beauty and the cultural significance of West Maui. Explore the Pu‘u Kukui Watershed Preserve, a sacred and protected area that is home to many rare and endemic plants and animals.

 

Inclusions

Two participants per UTV, with two hours of actual ride time. Safety guides, helmets, and googles, refreshments (bottled water, canned juice, granola bar, Maui chips), and transfers.

 

Attire

Clothing that will withstand dirt, mud, water, and bouncing around. You will get dirty and possibly soaking wet. Closed-toe shoes you don’t mind getting muddy and wet are required. Long pants or jeans are recommended but not required. Bring mineral sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat.

 
Notes
  • All drivers must be 18 years or older and must present a current, valid driver’s license.
  • Due to the nature of the ride, pregnant women and people with back or heart problems are not allowed.
  • Children must be at least 7 years old and accompanied by a responsible adult driver (18 years or older).
  • Participants must wear closed-toed shoes that completely cover their entire foot, NO slippers or flip-flops are permitted.
  • Be sure clothing and personal items will withstand dirt, mud, water, and bouncing around. We will not be responsible for personal property.
